What to Know

I have been photographing weddings for over 15 years and every wedding is unique.  As a wedding photographer, it is my job to help make the day go smoothly and most importantly, document.  Tell the story of your love, your laughter, the hugs and tears of joy.

The day typically begins with you getting ready for the big day; touching up make up, getting into the dress, laughing with your girlfriends, moments with your mom.  This is when I am a fly on the wall, I want to capture the real moments of the day in an unobtrusive way.   Pre-Ceremony is a great time to get posed photos of bridesmaids and groomsmen and if you choose, bride and groom photos.  Ask about the first look!  

At the ceremony, I will capture all the planned details of the location and decor, as well as document every moment.   After the ceremony is a great time for any posed family photos.  Followed by any posed photos we missed Pre-Ceremony.  

The reception is when action shots prevail.  I want to highlight the energy of your event and capture all the details you planned so diligently over the months.  I work with your DJ or Band to make sure we make for a smooth transition from each important moment like the toasts, cake cutting and first dance.
