Hey everyone! I have been photographing this family since their oldest was just a little baby. I can’t believe how grown up they both are getting. I am always excited for this family, not only because they are so photogenic, but they just have such love for each other and are super stylish, a winning combination.
We photographed this session down by the Ohio River. The location had some very unique trees that only grow in low elevation, wet areas. It reminded me so much of the New Orleans or Florida swamp areas, without the gators. When the light came between the trees it was magic. The rest of the area was filled with wild, overgrown beauty and a gorgeous view of the river and Indiana shoreline. Moving away from Kentucky made me realize how beautiful our state is, especially in its wild state, the colors in the fall are my absolute favorite. The session wrapped up with a perfect silo in the background, boy I love this state! The visual surprises are around every corner.
It also happened to be the parents wedding anniversary, so we made sure to get some photos of just the two of them, which is always an important thing to remember. Before they four they were two. Congratulations to these love birds! To many more!
